Increase adhesion of self-adhesive tapes and markings
Seal and bind dusty, porous surfaces with Watco Tape Primer before applying self-adhesive tapes to promote good adhesion.
Essential for use with Watco UltraBond if applying to dusty, porous surfaces.

Brush surface to remove loose dirt and dust.
Use at temperatures above 5°C and apply to dry surfaces. Brush surface to remove loose dirt and dust. Apply one coat by brush. Apply liberally to very porous or dusty surfaces to ensure that the substrate has absorbed as much primer as it can. Leave for approximately 30 minutes or until the primer becomes tacky or dries. It is then ready to receive a tape or be overcoated.
Concrete should be 4 weeks old prior to application, asphalt type surfaces 3 months.
