Holes in concrete floors can be a serious issue. As well as looking unsightly, badly maintained, or damaged flooring can contribute to poor productivity, increased housekeeping costs, and present a safety risk to people working in or visiting a facility.
Watco Flowpatch is an easy way of carrying out surface repairs. Just sweep away any dirt and debris, add water to the mortar, mix thoroughly and pour into the hole. It couldn’t be easier.
It doesn't take long for a concrete floor with minor damage to deteriorate. The worse it gets, the more costly it becomes and the more downtime required to carry out the repair. Carry out your repairs with ease. Watco Flowpatch is quick, simple and can be used by anyone, anywhere.
You can also save money by buying our bundle. This includes everything you need, including Watco Flowpatch 25kg, a mixing blade and a steel float.
There’s no need to wait for warm conditions. Watco Flowpatch cures down to 5°C, but you can use Flowpatch Sub Zero when temperatures drop as low as minus 20°C. The magnesium phosphate formula generates heat when mixed with water, allowing essential maintenance even in freezing conditions. Flowpatch Sub Zero is applied between 10-20 mm thick and has excellent mechanical strength (up to 350kg / cm²).
Use Flowpatch Deep Fill for filling or levelling holes that are up to 200mm in depth. The coarser aggregate in this effective formula makes it a more economical way to deal with deeper holes in damaged concrete. Just like the original, it is simple to use, fast curing and can withstand heavy machinery after just 2 hours
When it comes to making repairs, we have the know-how. We've been providing durable and long lasting repairs for almost a century. Our products are put through rigorous testing, so you know they're not only easy to apply but will stand tough in the harshest of industrial environments.

The substrate should be clean and free from oil or contaminants. Any loose material should be removed from the surface. If possible wire brush the surface. Edges of the repair should be cut to depth to avoid feather edging in heavy wear areas. It can be applied to damp (not wet) concrete.
Remove the bag of powder from the plastic bucket and use the empty bucket or other suitable container for mixing. To mix, add the powder to water. Use a ratio of 1 parts clean, cold water to 3 parts powder.
Due to the short working life of the mixed product, we recommend you carry out the mixing near to the repair, not near to the water source. It’s also useful to have a bucket of water nearby, so you can quickly immerse and clean the tools after use. Put the water into the empty bucket or container and gradually add the powder stirring constantly to achieve a pourable slurry. For small quantities mix by hand using a flat bladed tool such as a spatula, and for larger quantities use a mixer fitted into a slow speed electric drill. Do not add excessive water or drying time will be extended and the performance may be impaired. As the mixture hardens quickly, pour the Flowpatch into the hole to be repaired immediately. We do not recommend re-stirring as this could potentially weaken the final repair. Do not mix more than you can use within a few minutes (5–10 minutes at 20°C). The remaining powder can be stored for future use.
When a smooth consistency is achieved, simply pour the mixture in to the hole. If the product has been properly mixed it will self level and will need minimal trowelling. It can be applied to any depth between 5mm and 100mm, Flowpatch Deepfill can be applied to depths of 10-200mm. Repairs in lightly trafficked areas can be feather edged, but thin edges are not recommended for medium or heavily trafficked repairs.
Extensive testing is what makes us the most highly qualified paint and repair manufacturer on the market. Our screeds and repair products are tested in areas of tensile, compressive strength and flexural strength.
Our key test:
Typical compressive strength at 20°C:
Day 1 | >20N/mm2 |
Day 7 | >35N/mm2 |
Day 28 | >45N/mm2 |
