It is available in 190 RAL colours and a new 15L size*. Also available in a hygienic and coarse version.
*only light grey or mid grey.
Ensure that the substrate is free from dust and dirt.
If the concrete is new or bare, remove surface laitance, dust and any light dirt or grease deposits using Watco Etch & Clean. Watco Bio-D can be used to remove grease and oil from painted surfaces.
Mark out the area to be painted with masking tape to ensure clean, even edges.
Remove the two inner tins from the tall outer tin. Stir the contents of each tin thoroughly and pour all of the contents into the outer tin (5L) or large bucket (15L). Scrape around the inside of the tins to remove any residue.
Stir thoroughly until uniform in colour and consistency. You can then pour the coating into a plastic scuttle ready for application.
Apply the first coat with a Medium Pile Roller (not foam), working well into the surface of the concrete. This acts as a primer, sealing the floor.
The second coat can be applied as soon as the first coat is dry (generally 4-6 hours) and should be applied within 5 days.
The pre-blended aggregate provides a finely textured, easy to clean finish.
