Businesses who meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award. Feefo gives Gold Trusted Service awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020, with a Feefo service rating of 4.5 and above.
