In an update aimed at improving customer convenience and streamlining the buying process, a new "My Quotes" feature has been launched, replacing the traditional “Request a Quote” button across the website.
The newly introduced functionality allows customers to create and manage multiple quote requests simultaneously, offering a more flexible and personalised shopping experience. Instead of requesting quotes one at a time, users can now add multiple products to a quote, build detailed quote lists, and compare options.
A key element of the update is the introduction of a “Convert to Quote” option within the shopping basket. This feature allows customers to consult with the sales team and get a tailored quote, if they need further advice before placing an order.
For customers ready to move forward, the process is just as seamless. Products can be transferred from a saved quote directly into the shopping basket, allowing users to go ahead and place an order immediately.
