Watco Moisture Guard is a water based, acrylic paint formulated for protecting and enhancing high humidity areas. It is ideal for areas with persistent humidity, condensation or poor air circulation such as bathrooms, basements, and kitchens, as well as areas where mould or mildew are a concern.
The easy to apply paint requires no sanding or priming and protects the dried coating from fungal degradation. It is fast drying and produces a washable, moisture resistant finish with a Class 1 Wet Scrub Rating (ISO11998).
