How to Repair Holes In Concrete Floors with Flowpatch

What you'll need:

- Brush

- Electric Drill fitted with Mixing Blade

- Bucket or Watering Can

- Steel Float

- Nitrile Gloves

 

STEP 1 – PREPARATION

- Thoroughly clean the surface to ensure it is free of dust, dirt and loose material.

- For dirty or oily surfaces an industrial degreaser such as Watco Concroff or Watco Bio-D should be used.

 

STEP 2 – MIXING

- Remove the bag of powder from the bucket.

- Add water back into the bucket.

- Gradually add the powder to the water.

- Use a ratio of 1 parts clean, cold water to 3 parts powder.

- Mix thoroughly to achieve an evenly coloured, smooth and pourable consistency.

- Mix near to the area to be repaired as the product will harden quickly and must be used within 5-10 minutes.

 

STEP 3 – APPLICATION

- Pour the mixture into the damaged area.

- Watco Flowpatch can be applied to any depth between 5mm - 100mm.

- Flowpatch is self-levelling, so requires minimal effort.

- If required, smooth with a trowel.

- Ready for foot traffic in just 30 minutes and heavy traffic in just 2 hours.
