Watco Flowpatch® is an easy to mix pourable material for quick repairs to level concrete inside and out. It's very strong formula hardens quickly to accept heavy traffic including forklifts just two hours after application. The odourless non-toxic formula can be applied at any depth between 5 - 100mm and sets in temperatures down to 5°C.

Prepare the damaged area by sweeping out any debris and loose material.
For dirt or oily surfaces an industrial degreaser such as Watco Concroff or Watco Bio D should be used.
Mix the Flowpatch repair mortar with water, keeping in mind the mixing ratio 3 parts Flowpatch, 1 part water. Put the water into the bucket and gradually add the powder stirring constantly to achieve a pourable slurry.
Due to the short working life, we recommend you carry out the mixing near to the repair, not the water source. For easy mixing use Watco Mixing blade or for larger quantities use a mixer fitted into a slow speed electric drill.
When a smooth consistency is achieved, simply pour the mixture into the damaged area.
Flowpatch is a self-levelling compound and requires minimal effort. Spreading the mixture over with a trowel will give a professional finish.
