Thoroughly clean the damaged area. In the event of contamination with oils and grease, we recommend using a suitable cleaner, such as Watco Concroff.
For very shallow repairs or screeding. Watco Tack Coat is essential to ensure maximum adhesion to the substate.
Empty the epoxy resin and sand mixture into a Watco Concrex Mixing Tub. Create a well in the middle of the sand mixture, then pour in the curing agent, ensuring all the bottles are completely empty.
Wearing rubber gloves, mix the components together by hand until you get an evenly coloured light grey mixture.
Apply the mixed epoxy resin mortar to the damaged area. Making sure to compact the mixture into the hole.
Smooth over the surface with a trowel. To avoid marks or scratches on the surface, wipe the trowel with a damp cloth. This also prevents the mortar from sticking to the trowel.
