We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received your order and again when it’s on its way to the Johnstone’s Decorator Centre branch you’ve selected. Our email will include all the information you need to collect your order which will be held for up to 7 days.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Our standard Click & Collect service delivers in 3-5 working days. We’ll send you an email once your order has been despatched, so you’ll know when it’s available to collect from your chosen Johnstone’s Decorator Centre branch.
If you haven’t collected your items within 5 working days, we’ll give you a call to let you know your items are waiting for you.
When I go to collect my order, what do I need to bring with me?
To ensure your items can be handed over, we need you to bring the Order Confirmation or Order Despatch email that we sent you.
We’ll also ask you to sign a copy of the Order Despatch email as proof of collection.
How long do I have to collect my items?
You have 7 days from the date of your Order Despatch email to collect your items from your chosen Johnstone’s Decorator Centre branch. If you haven’t collected your items within 5 days, we’ll give you a call to let you know your items are waiting for you.
If you do not collect your order, the item will be returned back to us but you may not be automatically refunded.
What happens if I don’t collect my items from the branch?
If you’re unable to collect your items by your collection deadline, please let us know by emailing email@example.com. We’ll then let your chosen Johnstone’s Decorator Centre branch know and they’ll hold onto your items until your extended collection date.
If you do not collect your items within the 7 days and don’t contact us to let us know, your items will be returned back to our warehouse and you may not receive an automatic refund.
If you do not want your order, you must still go the branch and follow our returns process. Uncollected items will not be automatically refunded.
I’m ready to collect my items, what time does my collection store open?
General opening times for Johnstone’s Decorator Centres are Monday – Friday, 7am to 3pm. But opening hours vary from branch to branch. Please refer to your Order Confirmation or Order Despatch email for the opening times for your chosen branch.
Can someone else collect my items for me?
Yes, they can but they’ll need to bring a copy of your Order Confirmation or Order Despatch email with them. Without one of these emails, they cannot pick-up your items for you.
What happens if I’ve changed my mind?
If you’ve changed your mind and no longer require the items you have ordered, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will organise the cancellation of your order and will refund you according to our standard Returns Policy.
Uncollected items will not be automatically refunded.
What happens if items in my order are damaged or incorrect?
Unfortunately from time to time, items are damaged in transit or are mis-supplied. If you are unwilling to accept your items for these reasons, they will be returned to us and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Is Click & Collect only available for orders placed online?
No. Click & Collect is available on all items, no matter how you order. If you’re ordering online, just select Click & Collect as your delivery method. If you’re ordering on the phone, you’ll be asked if you’re interested in Click & Collect as we take your order.
