Asphalt Crack Filler Application.
For cracks up to 3mm wide...
Using a spouted can or similar, simply pour the Asphalt Crack Filler into the crack. Smooth as needed and allow 2-4 hours to dry.
For cracks up to 3 and 25mm wide...
Pour the Asphalt Crack Filler into a mixing tub and gradually mix in small amounts of sand so to control the thickness of the product. Keep mixing and adding sand until it has the consistency of golden syrup. Now pour the mixture into the crack and smooth with a trowel. Allow 6-10 hours to dry.
Once dried, you can remove any residual tack with a light sprinkling of sand.
Correct consistency depends on crack size, but is approximately a 50:50 sand/resin mix.
