Can be used as an adhesive on horizontal and vertical cracks that are not ‘live’ up to 6mm wide. Supplied in kit form comprising epoxy resin and curing agent totalling 310ml, an empty cartridge, plunger and nozzle.

Coverage approx. an 8m x 4mm wide x 6mm deep crack per 310ml tube.

Surface Preparation
Brush out dirt and loose material from crack. Surfaces should be as dry as possible although some damp is acceptable.

Mixing
Each pack contains a tin of curing agent and a separate tin of resin. Add the contents of the curing agent tin to the tin of resin and mix thoroughly using a palette knife or similar. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the tin during mixing to avoid unblended resin/curing agent creating soft spots in the cured product. The mixed product has a working life of 20 minutes at 20°C.

Application
Once mixed, pour into the 310ml cartridge supplied and close the open end with the plunger. Place the cartridge into the skeleton gun and fit the nozzle once the end has been cut off. Apply to the crack. A knife dampened with water may be used to produce a smooth finish if required. The grey appearance can be disguised to blend in with yellow masonry by lightly pressing sand into the surface before the mixture cures.
