A flexible bitumen and polymer base firmly holds an attractive blend of polished stone aggregate. Use in conjunction with Watco Rollgrip Primer to provide an instant heavy duty safety surface.

Surface Preparation

Fill any potholes with Watco Bitu-mend. Cracks can be filled with Watco Asphalt Crack Filler, mixed with sand to produce a mortar if required.


Priming

Watco Rollgrip Primer can be applied to either dry or damp (but not wet) surfaces. Apply one thin coat by brush. Apply as evenly as possible and avoid ponding.

Application

Apply in temperatures of between 10°C and 30°C. Place the roll of Watco Rollgrip in position with the backing paper facing downwards. Unroll a little at a time simultaneously pulling the backing paper away from the leading edge of the roll. Press the finish firmly into place. It is advisable to use a roller to ensure adequate adhesion of Watco Rollgrip if applying to larger areas. The surface is now ready for traffic.
