Description
Uses: fill and seal joints or cracks approximately 3 – 25mm wide in concrete floors. Adheres to metal, enamel, wood, GRP and plastics.

  • Good chemical resistance Watco Flexible Crack Sealant can be overpainted after 24 hours, but any future movement of the substrate could cause a hairline crack to appear in the paint. Our most appropriate coating for floors liable to slight movement is Watco Flexicoat. Coverage approx. 9m of crack, 6mm wide, 6mm deep per 310ml cartridge.

    PREPARATION & APPLICATION
    Surface Preparation
    Joints and cracks should be clean, dry, sound and free from grease and any other substances likely to impair adhesion .


    Application
    Temperatures should be between 5ºC and 40ºC.

    1. Pierce the foil membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the plastic nozzle.
    2. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired size to match the width of the joint or crack.
    3. Lift tab at the base of the cartridge and pull out metal cover.
    4. Place in a conventional skeleton gun and apply.
    5. After application press sealant down with an appropriate tool to ensure full firm contact.
