Watco ‘One Coat’ Factory Wall Coat provides superb covering power to cut both redecoration time and application costs. Dustproof, decorate and brighten up your premises with one thick coat.

Coverage approx. 25m² per 5 litres per coat. One coat is normally sufficient.

Surface preparation
A minimum of surface preparation is necessary, but contaminants and any loose material should be removed. Surfaces which are loose and friable or very porous should be primed with a 50% dilution of Factory Wall Coat with water.


Application
Watco ‘One Coat’ Factory Wall Coat is best applied in one thick coat with a 5" brush. The lightweight 12" wide roller and frame may be used, but as it applies the Factory Wall Coat more sparingly, a second application may be necessary. The 5 litre scuttle is ideal for use with the 12" wide roller.
