The Easyline Edge Airflow Applicator uses a new patented system to create sharper, cleaner lines than can be achieved with any other aerosol system.

A small battery-powered fan controls the airflow around the nozzle to direct the paint spray precisely where it is needed.

The Airflow Applicator can only be used with Easyline Edge aerosols. They are a high quality aerosol marking paint with an epoxy modified resin for a tougher, longer lasting line.

Coverage approx. 100m of 50mm wide line per 750ml aerosol.

Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry and dust free before application. Surfaces can be cleaned of grease, oil or dirt using Watco Concroff Super Safe, rinsed and allowed to dry. Steel should ideally be abraded to give an improved key for the paint. New or very smooth concrete may need to be etched with Watco Cemtetch and thoroughly rinsed off before applying Easyline Edge.

Mixing
Shake the can until the agitator balls start to rattle, then continue to shake for at least one minute to ensure the paint is evenly distributed within the aerosol.

Application
Use between 5°C and 30°C. For best results apply with an even speed. One coat is usually sufficient for smooth surfaces – two coats are recommended for 100mm wide lines or coarsely textured surfaces. Allow the first coat to dry for 30 minutes before reapplying.
