My garage floor was in an awful state, breaking up with the top surface disappearing completely in parts. Every time I swept out the leaves, the floor lost piles of concrete dust and the 'hardcore' was coming up where the car tyres took the same route every day. Watco Universal Sealer stabilised the whole thing in just two coats. It was a miracle! It was so easy to apply (I used an old broom) and I have never looked back. I wish I had used it when I first moved in.

Pour a glass of water on the surface, if it soaks in nice & quickly it is fine to use.

If it takes a long time or just beads on the surface, then use floor-shield instead

This has been brilliant at dust proofing my floor and making it harder. I didn't want a 'glazed' look and this has been ideal since it just disappeared into the concrete and you would never know that it had been there! Thanks again Watco!

I wouldn't use anything else on concrete. It's really easy to sweep round with a broom and makes the concrete rock hard.
