Hospital Cracked Floor

Work was carried out on a cracked and damaged terrazzo floor in a hospital. The hospital was worried about contamination as bacteria could harbour in the cracks and holes.

Hampshire Warehouse

In November 2010 this 650m² warehouse in Havant, Hampshire was refurbished. The surface was prepared by shot blasting and light grinding and then repaired using 4 different repair products. The base Mid Grey colour was applied in Epoxy Gloss Coat Rapid folowed by five different colours of Epoxy Gloss Coat to define the numbered aisles.

Workshop in Odiham

In September 2009 this avionic workshop in Odiham, Surrey was refurbished. The surface was diamond ground and then repaired with Flowpatch. Two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat were applied in Light Grey and Mid Green

Industrial unit in Middlesex

Work on this industrial site in Middlesex was carried out in January 2009. The floor was shot blasted and painted with two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat in light Grey and then finished with one coat of clear polyurethane seal.

600m² warehouse in Hatfield

In October 2008 this 600 square metre site was prepared by shot blasting the existing rough surface. A damp proof membrane was then used before a 12mm screed was applied to create a level surface across the differing slab heights.

Two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat in Mid Grey and Mid Blue were then used to coat the floor.

Underground car park in Chiswick
  

This underground car park in Chiswick, south west London was refurbished in July 2008. The project took 7 days to complete.

 

The floor was shot blasted and repaired with Concrex, an epoxy resin mortar and Flowpatch which is a pourable patch repair. Two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat in Mid Grey and Mid Green were then applied to the prepared floor.

 

The floor was finished with Sprayline Plus aerosol paint system in yellow. The Sprayline applicator was used for the accurate line marking and then the numbers and messages were applied using stencils.

650m² outside yard

These are photos of a 650 square metre outside yard which was refurbished in June 2008. The project took 7 days to complete.

 

The floor had originally been an outside yard with no damp proof membrane, was rough and undulating and in a poor state of repair. It was shot blasted, coated with a damp proof membrane epoxy resin primer and then screeded. Two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat in Mid Grey were then applied to the prepared floor.

1200m² warehouse in Chertsey

In May 2008 this 1200 square metre warehouse was prepared by shot blasting the existing rough surface. Two coats of a damp proof membrane epoxy resin primer were then applied before screeding. Two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat in Light Grey were used to coat the floor. The work took eight days to complete.

Bus Garage in Dover

In March 2008 this 450 square metre bus garage in Dover was coated with two coats of Concrete Floor Paint. Six colours were used to coat the floor and define work areas. The painting took four days to complete.

14885 square metre warehouse in Bognor
 

These are photos of the floor in a 14885 square metre warehouse in Bognor which was refurbished in November 2007. The project took three weeks.

 

The floor was prepared by shot blasting and diamond grinding and then repaired with Watco Flowpatch.  Two coats of Epoxy Gloss Coat in Light Grey were then applied to the prepared floor.
